What you’ll be doing in the role:
- Being accountable for the day-to-day management of omni-channel campaigns
- Actively and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams on a daily basis and keep them informed at all times
- Identify underlying client needs and develop plan(s) of execution with the team
- Effectively leverage all forms of communication
- Closely monitor success metrics and conduct regular reviews with customers and manage reporting
- Quickly developing a thorough understanding of basic concepts and execution of key tools/platforms
- Manage and maintain an accurate financials for all clients and individually projects, including reflecting these in the system
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years experience in digital marketing
- Experience working in a marketing agency is preferred
- Previous experience with marketing automation software
- High attention to details and the ability to multi-task
- An understanding of the full MarTech stack and how it all comes together to drive campaigns
- Demonstrated experience managing complex communications across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- A relationship builder and someone who understand the importance of strong communication and collaboration to achieved shared objectives
