Job Requirements:

 If you are

  • An enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service representative 
  • A team player with a “can do attitude”
  • Able to work both autonomously and in a small and diverse team environment
  • Well presented with the outstanding customer service skills
  • Flexible, motivated  and dedicated to continuous improvement
  • Capable of efficiently prioritising tasks
  • Able to think outside the box 
  • Wanting to excel in the workplace

And if you have

  • Previous experience in a customer service/ administration based role 
  • A keen eye for accuracy and a rapid learner of new systems and processes
  • Demonstrable organisational and communication skills to deliver exemplary customer service
  • Intermediate  skills in use of IT technologies including MS Office suite, email and internet
  • Ability to proactively identify and communicate areas of improvement in work processes or procedures
  • Always demonstrated a willingness to learn and improve
